Steve has an impressive background with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. He has provided excellent customer service to the LKN/CLT area since 2003 for both the residential and commercial markets. As an IT Consultant, he has also been working with Customers to improve their company's performance through better use of IT since 1984. Steve is a technology nerd who enjoys creating new technology solutions for others.
Sara is a leader in our IT Solutions Company, with her strong financial knowledge, dedication and follow through. She is the Vice President of Finance for Computer Pros On Call. She provides excellent Customer Service to our customers and staff. Sara is the mother of 2 and loving Grandmother of 4.
John was born in North Carolina and has spent 17 years of his life in Connecticut only to return to his home state a few short years ago. He earned his ITSA certification after graduating from My Computer Career in May 2019. His strong work ethic coupled with his IT knowledge and skill has made him a valuable part of our team. When John is away from the office, he enjoys fishing, movies and is a huge sports fanatic. He shares these interests with his wife and 3 children.
Jessica, a native of Mooresville, NC, is at the center of our scheduling and customer relations department. Not only does she provide excellent Customer Service, her main priority is scheduling our valued clients with the best Engineer for the issue at hand. She strives to ensure that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact. Away from work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
