Medical Insurance (NOTE:  SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO CHANGING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES)

After three (3) full calendar months of full-time employment, with full-time being defined as no less than 40 hours per week, Computer Pros On Call agrees to reimburse employees 50% of their medical insurance premium.  Dental and vision benefits are excluded.

401k Plan

Computer Pros On Call offers a 401k Plan as a benefit for those full-time employees that have successfully completed their training period. Enrollment for new employees takes place on January 1st or July 1st, whichever is sooner. Once the employee is setup in the plan, the company will contribute the equivalent of 3% of the employees pay each pay period to the employee’s 401k account, whether the employee contributes to the plan or not.

Holidays

Full-time employees will be eligible for the following paid holidays after three (3) full calendar months of employment:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Thanksgiving Friday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

When a holiday falls on a non-workday (Saturday or Sunday), an additional vacation day – or floater day – will be given in each event, as per management’s discretion.

Employees will be paid eight (8) hours per holiday

 

Paid Vacation and PTO

Computer Pros On Call recognizes the need for employees to have a flexible system for the use of PTO for scheduled time not worked, such as vacation, sick days, and appointments.

After three (3) full calendar months of employment, all full-time employees in good standing are eligible for (10 days) PTO accrual and usage.

Three (3) sick days will be available as of January 1st for existing employees (or accrual basis after first three (3) calendar months of hire). These are available to be used throughout the entire calendar year.
